Fuchs von Sezuan * Donnerhallgeboren 2015

Wendy de Fontaine
DWB black mare by Sezuan x Soprano born 2014 Breeder: Kurt Gosmer
“Training horses is my passion. When Wendy came to my stables at the beginning of 2024, she was ten years old and had already been highly successful in Grand Prix competitions. She had mastered the program, but to empathize with her and get to know her so that we could compete at the Olympic level together was and is a challenging task in its own way. This includes figuring out what treats we can use to coax her out of her shell (she loves bananas and also really appreciates joint walks for grazing), as well as how I can get her beautiful sense of tact to translate fluently and expressively into performance in competitions. Her learning curve is steep, and I look forward to further perfecting our fine-tuning.”

Valdiviani
Bay Hanoverian stallion by Veneno * Fidertanz Breeder: Roger Ballmann Born: 2016 Valdiviani is a real eye-catcher who combines his grand appearance with equally great rideability. He has everything it takes to make it in the big time of sport horse riding – and I am also impressed by his breeding performance. I chose him as the father for Bella's first foal because I hope that he will complement her fine but also somewhat hot nature with his composure. The two of them have given us a very beautiful, large-framed foal. That too will be a new experience – getting to know the father better and looking forward to seeing how the son develops.

Superb

Majestic Taonga
KWPN stallion by Toto jr * Jazz born 2017 Breeder: Willeke Bos I know that I used to be convinced that the best dressage stallion is a gelding. But horse keeping has made such quantum leaps, and we have so many options for keeping our stallions happy and balanced... in fact, they are hardly noticeable in the stable anymore. In Majestic Taonga, the fire that he shows in his great canter is coupled with the serenity of his nine-step walk. He has what it takes to be a great sport horse, and I am really very excited. Currently (summer 2024), he is in the Dutch team for the World Championships for Young Dressage Horses with our rider Lisa Wernitznig. We have also selected him as the sire of Bella Rose's second foal.
