Notes on the use of promotional vouchers

As part of selected promotions, IW Vertriebs GmbH provides time-limited discount codes or promotional vouchers. Unless otherwise specified in the respective promotion, the following provisions apply to their use.

• As a general rule, only one promotional voucher can be redeemed per order.
• Multiple discount promotions or voucher codes cannot be combined unless expressly stated otherwise.
• If a minimum order value is specified for a voucher, it must be reached for the discount to be applied.
• Promotional vouchers can only be redeemed in the official online shop within the respective specified promotional period.
• During particularly busy sales promotions, the processing and shipping of individual orders may be slightly delayed.
• If the required minimum order value is not met due to a subsequent return, we reserve the right to subsequently charge for the price advantage granted by the promotional voucher or the value of a premium received as part of the promotion.
